MONTHLY FAMILY PLANS
Our monthly plan is for individuals and families who have completed their initial corrective care. The purpose of our plan is to offer affordable, quality health care for the entire family. This plan includes all needed spinal adjustments for the family; x-rays will be at our listed fee.
1 Family Member: $ 54 per month (2 visits; $10 for each additional visit per month)
2 Family Members: $ 94 per month
3 Family Members: $114 per month
4 Family Members: $134 per month
5+ Family Members: $154 per month
